Novel in the works?

After reading several novels this past months from well-known authors like Jon Hassler, Claire Cook, Emily Jenkins, etc., I have decided to venture into writing one.

The theme of my upcoming writing will be drama-suspense. Working title is "Curiousity of the Black Rose".

I'll give you details about it, so be sure to check back here often.

:D

Back to Bump this Up!

After a long blog hiatus, I'm in again to shape this website up.

Well, to tell you the truth, I was a little...err, how to say it... lazy to prep this up.

Take note of the word WAS - that means I've changed.

And so is my English fluency (if you have noticed it, too... I suppose)

Everything's in a good swing right now. My grades for the second sem proved to be a lot better than my first, my eligibility for transfer in UP Diliman is a bit higher, and... I have an Ipod Nano now! Harhar!

I'm in Manila right now! Haha. There's no place like home. Period.

Despite of numerous adversities I went through back in Baguio, the Brave one is back with effervescence, resiliency and positivity.

I'm currently in the mood to prep myself up for the exams & interviews I need to undergo in the coming weeks. Support me guys with my transfer! :D

God Bless and Good Day! :D

Jennifer Lopez's new music video - Hold It Don't Drop It!

Ooh... She looks so great in this video... considering the fact that she's pregnant :)

The 2nd Single of the album "Brave"...

Watch the video:

A very stressing, taxing and depressing week...

So I had an off-week last week...

Oh... image I had this boardmate and we were like really close. He knows I like this girl, and then he was asking me a lot about his "supposed to be" intention of courting her. I was saying ok because it really is ok for me. I have no hard feelings but I was trying to kill my feelings for the girl.

Then just last week, we were in the bus, and this boardmate and another boardmate of mine were talking about that girl in a loud manner that they do not even know what I was feeling at that time. I was trying to kill my feelings for that girl to give way for my boardmate, because I know that the girl I like does not like me. Besides, it's obvious that she's attracted to my boardmate, too.

Going back with the incident, they were like talking about the girl too loud, they were like "What? You're going out with her?", "Seriously, I think she likes you!", "You got to put that on your schedule!"... I consequently left the bus and re-scheduled my ticket for the next day.

Then, a few days after, when they knew what my point was, they were like "I thought it was okay for you. Why did you acted that way?"... My answer : respect. I'm still in the verge of trying to knock off my love for the girl. It was just a single-day interval between the "said" courtship and the incident. I could not move on within a day. They treated me like I wasn't there. They've been oblivious with what I am feeling at that time... They acted like they were very mindless as if I was never serious with what I felt with that girl.

Until now, I'm not in good terms with that boardmate but I'm okay with the other one. I still don't know if that friendship we built before will come back once more. For now, don't count on it. image

I'm such a c*nt!

Argh! I messed up again >:/

A while ago, a friend of mine texted us (group message) if someone is available to go with her and watch a movie entitled "One More Chance". I replied but in her horror, I said it is cheesy and I'm not into romantic movies.

Consequently, I think she got mad because it was only a small favor she wanted me to do for her, and yet, I couldn't comply. Although she keeps saying it's alright, I still felt she got embarrassed with what I did.

I feel so bad... I'm mad with people who couldn't do even a small favor for others, but then... here I am, doing the same thing! I'm so ashamed :'(

I promise, tomorrow I'll go with her and watch the movie, and treat her with some delicious ice cream. :)
Forgive me and my stupid behavior! :(

GAME: Hmm... Looks interesting!

Haha... the 1st game didn't work, and the 2nd one interferes with the background song.
So I have to change it... again :p

The sound isn't that disturbing, except for the intro part.
It is called ENTERTAINMENT BATTEURS.

Sorry, you will need the Flash Player to play this game.

Enjoy!

Moving Out?

While I was browsing a while ago, my roommate knocked at the door and he asked if he could borrow my frying pan. I said yes.

But what surprised me is that he asked me if I have plans of moving out... what the?

I'm not entirely sure why he asked me that. I'm thinking that maybe, he would invite new ones that he prefer having as roommates rather than me and then replace me in my room. Maybe, he's irritated with me and would want me nowhere in our boarding house. Or maybe, he heard my conversation with my cousin last night about moving out, which is totally something like of a speculation.

Well, I answered "I'm not sure about it", just to hear what he has in store. He then said, "Why will you move out?"
I answered back again, "As I said, I'm not sure about it."

What I answered before he asked me was evidently a cliffhanger. My answer? No. Why would I? I'm comfortable here. Everything is fine besides one thing that I should keep for myself. :)

Reminder : Poll

I would just like to remind you guys that there's a poll in the lower right corner of this page. I need your comment and suggestions about this page. Also, vote for the proper description that you think best fits this page...

Remember guys!
I need your opinion about this!

Uhm... Wishlist... Misa De Gallo

Christmas is coming! Yahoo!

Just like everyone else, I have a lot of wishes for Christmas.

I have personal wishes and material wishes as well. For these wishes to come true, I have to sacrifice for 9 days, waking up early in the morning without breakfast or anything (sometimes not).

Why? Because I make it a point every year to complete what we call "Misa de Gallo".It is popularly known here as "Simbang Gabi". It is a tradition here in the Philippines to complete 9 days of going to church and attend the mass which is usually held in the morning (say, around 4 AM) or sometimes, in the evening (10 PM). When you complete the 9-days mass, your wishes will come true. I can attest to it, because most of my wishes come true whenever I complete.

I will share to you some of my material wishes! Haha... I'll not share my personal wishes, as they might not come true... :P eh hehe...

1. Ipod
Ooh Shiny! I love Ipods! I want to grab the Ipod Nano 3rd Gen! It has a new interface which is totally different from the two previous generations! (It sounds so wrong!) It's very lightweight and compact, and its also includes video playback! Hehe! Definitely a must-have this Christmas! :)

2. A lot of new outfits!
Haha... back when I was younger, I wasn't really conscious of how I look and what I wear. People grow up, and consequently, our tastes changes. Now I am super conscious of my wardrobe! I do not wear loose outfits anymore! I love blue, gray, green, white, and pink shirts. I love fit jeans! I'm not really into buying shoes, but when I do, I make sure that I'll pick the best one. I love buying outfits in thrift shops! But I also try some outfits from Bench, Lee Pipes, Converse, and the like.

3. CDs
I love collecting CDs! This Christmas, I'm planning to buy 1,000 of them. Kidding :) I just wanted to buy 5 for this Christmas, and then come what may. :) I'm not buying these CDs on a regular basis, though.

4. Nintendo DS
Argh! I should have bought this before... hmph! I love it more than the PSP! I love Gameboy, and I did not grew up playing Playstation. Oh well, we all know why everyone goes crazy with these two gadgets... Go Nintendogs! Haha...

Hmm... I should think of more. Haha.

Brave Lyrics

Jennifer Lopez - Brave

For those who love the background song "Brave", here's the lyrics:

It's a new day, new day, and it's evident
You must have been heaven-sent
Sometimes we should be hesitant, but I'm not at all
Just feelin more confident
Just using my common sense
Just trust in it, I'm lovin it

I can't refuse an offer so benevolent
Can't assume he's gon' use me
And after he'll never call again
Don't be afraid, don't be afraid
This is your day, this is your day

[Chorus]
It's time to be brave
Say I'm not afraid, not anymore
I used to be cold, now the temperature's changed
It just ain't the same
I'm not afraid, i'm not afraid
Cus I've become brave
As the light of day straight into a cave
To show me the way, that I might be saved
Now I'm turning the page
Thanks to the power of love I can love
Because I am brave

I am brave, I am brave

I heard him say this thing moving too fast for him
It's a feelin I was straddeling
Foolishly adamant, but It's all in his eyes
Really wish he would let me in
Cus the same way I'm scared of him
I'm scared of being hurt again

It's time to let go, let go of your heart
It's time for a brand new start
Never know, we might never part
Baby don't be afraid, don't be afraid
This is your day, this is your day

[Chorus]

I wouldn't take back anything that I've gone through (no)
I pray for strength for anything that I'm gonna do
Whether joy, or it's pain, I'm still okay (I, I'm still okay)
I'm a be alright cause I'm not afraid
No, I am brave (brave)

[Chorus]

I am brave

You can now post your comments!

I'm such a f*cktard for not changing the settings for my comment corner! A friend of mine said that she made a long, nice and sensible comment but she can't post it or whatever... it was just now that I've found out that it only allows Blogger users!

No worries anymore! You can now post your comments even if you're not a Blogger user. Just switch to the "others" panel after you've typed your message, and then enter your name. Your name is enough for your message to get published.

Happy commenting! Lol :) xoxo
